Rudolf Hommes

Rudolf Hommes RodrÃguez is a Colombian politician and economist mostly knwon for serving a term as Colombian Minister of Finance under the government of President Cesar Gaviria and in which he introduced many liberalism policies in Colombia's Economy. He is also a regular columnist on many important Colombian media outlets on articles relating mostly to Finances and one of President Alvaro Uribe's principal advisors.
