The remains of the former Rugby Central station - Rugby's former station on the former Great Central Railway.
The station had a single island platform, and the remains of the northbound platform edge can be seen in the foreground. Where the tracks were is now a pond and nature reserve.
The booking office was built onto the side of the road bridge in the background (carrying Hillmorton Road), and stairs carried passengers down to the platform. The now demolished waiting room and toilet block stood in the centre of the platform.
The route of the former GCR through Rugby is now a nature reserve and footpath known as the "Great Central Way".
