Running With Scissors is an Australian contemporary rock band started in March, 2005 by Tom Eggert. From then on the band has become quite famous in the local area.

The band started in 2005 for a music assignment, the team then decided that it was a good idea to start a band and try to make it happen. The band back then consisted of Tom Eggert, Jaimee Fryer, Michael Mammarella & Josh McVey. After a long time of working hard the team came up with quite a few goods songs together but never showed their true skills. Tom stopped the band after 4 months because of the hard pressure of making time to write songs.
