Rus (Русь) is the first studio recording by the Russian folk metal band Arkona. The album cover features a work of the Russian painter Nicholas Roerich Guests from Overseas. The demo was self-released in December, 2002. In 2006, it was re-released as a part of the Zhizn Vo Slavu live album.
