In the country of Spinachia, one citizen tells the king his idea to spread the "joy" of spinach to children. The king likes the idea and orders him to go spread the "joy".

Numbuhs 2 and 4 are skipping school on a beach and are about to eat lunch when the Spinach Inquisition claims the land. Numbuh 4 runs into Ms. Thompson's classroom to warn everyone just before the Inqusition comes in. Numbuhs 1, 3, 4, and 5 prepare to attack. On the way, Numbuh 4 is stuck in a locker. Numbuhs 1, 3, and 5 are captured while Numbuh 4 finds out Numbuh 2 has joined the Inquisition and that Numbuh 2 actually likes spinach.

Despite the fact Ex-President Jimmy is imprisoned at KND Arctic Base for what he did in Operation S.N.O.W.I.N.G., he still attends Gallagher, but spends his days at school in Permanent Detention.

Numbuh 2 tries to deliver a letter to the fourth grade president but the task may be difficult, as the Six-Gum Gang is out to stop him!

[edit] Plot Summary

The show starts with Numbuh 2 having a campfire in the hallways of Gallagher Elementary, talking about letters that shouldn't be read to others except by its recipient. Principal Sauerbraten interrupts the narration and demands Numbuh 2 puts out the campfire or he's getting detention. Numbuh 2 does so and takes off for President Eggleston's office.

As he gets there, Wilson Woodrow admonishes Numbuh 2 for being late and gives him a letter that is supposed to be sent to Muffy Jenkins and that he has until the end of lunch to deliver the note to Muffy. After exitting the President's office, he runs into Runt, Goof and Lunk of the Six-Gum Gang. Numbuh 2 keeps his cool and takes off to accomplish the task. Wilson Woodrow whispers into Runt's ear and the Six-Gum Gang takes off after Numbuh 2. A chase through Gallagher's hallways ensue. Numbuh 2 manages to take out Goof and Lunk, but Runt is the only member still in action.

Numbuh 2 heads into the Gymnasium for sanctuary. Afterwards, Numbuh 2 is immediately captured by the Kindergarteners. The Crayonk Kindergartners are Numbuh 2's captors and are doing their Duck-Duck-Goose dance and as soon as the dance is done, Numbuh 2 will fall into the pit of paste. Gets Pigtails Pulled persuades Sits in Corner to let Numbuh 2 go free, as he has done nothing wrong. Chief Colors with Broken Crayons arrives on the scene and Gets Pigtails Pulled tells the Chief Numbuh 2 has done nothing wrong. Sits in Corner tells Chief Colors with Broken Crayons he found Hoagie wandering in their territory. The Chief asks Numbuh 2 if he was here to steal the kindergarteners' milk money, like what the old President, James Nixon McGarfield did many calendar pages ago. Numbuh 2 tells Chief Colors with Broken Crayons that President Jimmy is serving time in Permanent Detention after what happened in Operations P.R.E.S.I.D.E.N.T. and S.N.O.W.I.N.G., turning totally evil and ruining the first snow day of the year, and that Eggbert Eggleston is the new President. The kindergarteners decide to set Numbuh 2 free. Sits in Corner, after being given an atomic wedgie, doesn't listen to the Chief and vows to hunt Numbuh 2 down.

Runt tells Numbuh 2 the reason why the Six-Gum Gang was chasing him is because Hoagie left the note in President Eggleston's office. Hoagie manages to deliver the letter before lunch hours end. After Hoagie delivers the letter, the letter says, "The splinter cell is real", which posibbly is a spoof of the video game, "Splinter Cell". The episode ends.
