Sabang Merauke Raya Air Charter

Sabang Merauke Raya Air Charter is an airline based in Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia. It operates scheduled and charter domestic/regional passenger and cargo services, as well as pleasure and medevac flights. Its main base is Polonia International Airport, Medan [1].

The airline was established and started operations in 1969 in a joint venture partnership with a Malaysian company with the name MAC (Malaysia Air Charter). In 1972 it split from MAC and adopted the current name. It is wholly owned by Merpati Nusantara Airlines [1].
