I prefer the illustration over the photograph with which it was recently replaced. The photograph is attractive, but the illustration is more informative. I don't believe there is yet enough text to accomodate both. β Pekinensis 16:10, 14 July 2005 (UTC)

Someone who knows more than I should include a discussion about it's tubers and how valuable a food source they are.
