Peruvian street food that consists of thinly sliced pan-fried beef hot dogs and french fries, mixed together and served on a plate or in a paper cone, eaten with different sauces, like Huacatay (peruvian marigold and chili) Golf (ketchup and mayonnaise) Aji (peruvian chiles) and mustard and served also with a savory coleslaw on the side.
