The Samsung SGH-X830 is a small mobile phone with MP3 playing capability. It has a 1.3 megapixel integrated camera which can be used to take still shots and video.

With the phone powered up with a sim card in, enter *2747*3455# or if invalid try. *2867*2858#
If your phone asks for a subsidy password, enter the above code without * or #
Also you can try the following method,
Turn off the phone. Put a non-accepted SIM Card and turn it on. Type *#9998*3323#. Press Exit. Choose menu #7. After phone reboots type *0141# and hit the Call button. Turn off and insert another SIM Card. Turn on. The code is 00000000.
