I have removed the following:
"Of his famous writings "The Right to Privacy" is possibly one of the most influential, as he and Louis Brandeis were able to then promt a movement to establish explicit laws protecting privacy."
The Samuel D. Warren concerned was another individual, who graduated Harvard Law School in 1877 (Brandeis was first in the class, Warren second). Warren and Brandeis were partners in a firm of attorneys from 1879 to 1889 and their famous article appeared in 1890 - over a decade after the English Samuel Warren's death.
