San Diego State University, College of Business Administration
The mission of San Diego State University's College of Business Administration is to create a learning environment that fosters excellence in business education through innovative programs, applied learning, research and collaboration with the community. The college has been accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) since 1963.
The College has a special emphasis in international business. SDSU's International Business Program was ranked seventh (7th) in the nation on U.S. News and World Report's Best Undergraduate International Business Programs 2005 [1].
The Dean of the College is Gail K. Naughton, PhD, a noted biotechechnology entrepreneur and founder, director and formerly President of Advanced Tissue Sciences, Inc. of La Jolla, CA. Dean Naughton is the first female biotechechnology entrepreneur to lead a major United States university business school.
