Sandra Farmer-Patrick (born 18 August 1962 in Kingston, Jamaica) is an American athlete who competed mainly in the 400 metres hurdles.
She competed for the United States in the 1992 Summer Olympics held in Barcelona, Spain where despite breaking the world record she finished second behind Britain's Sally Gunnell. The following year at the 1993 World Championships she again finished second behind Gunnell, who broke the World Record.
