Santa Margarita Invitational Handicap

The Santa Margarita Invitational Handicap is a race for thoroughbred horses run at a distance of one and one-eighths miles on the Santa Anita dirt track. The race is the premier winter race for older fillies and mares. A Grade I, it offers a purse of $300,000.
The brilliant racing filly, Busher won this race in 1945.
