I think so. This is where I'm getting most of my information.

Yep, same zoo. I don't remember when it stopped being called: "Fleishacker Zoo". The article suggests the name was changed in 1941, but my parents always called it "Fleishacker" and they arrived in California a few years after that. Schmiteye 04:45, 3 May 2006 (UTC)
