Sapa may refer to:

• Sa Pa, a holiday-resort town in Northern Vietnam
• a kind of sugar syrup in ancient Rome, made from grape juice, or wine vinegar which was cooked down in lead pots, producing lead acetate, which is very sweet. It probably was contaminated with enough lead acetate so as to be toxic. See Defrutum.
• a barangay in Tawi-Tawi, Philippines
