Sarah Parsons (born July 27, 1987 in Dover, Massachusetts) is an American ice hockey player. She won a bronze medal at the 2006 Winter Olympics.

Sarah Parsons enjoys getting froyo at food court and playing hockey. She is a phenomenal athlete and was the youngest player on the U.S. Team in the 2006 Torino Winter Games. Standing at 5' 8" and a slender 141 pounds, Parsons can skate faster than Luis Mendoza. Parsons "likes to think of herself as an all-around player." Parsons stays busy with her schoolwork at Dartmouth, but also manages to spend time to snuggle with her friends, namely Casey. Apart from her athletics and academia, Sarah has a passion for music. She is currently a champion at 'Guitar Hero' and is learning to master the Irish Penny Whistle. In addition to these instruments, she is taking classes on the Javenese Gamelan, specializing in the Gong. In fact, some refer to her as the 'master of the gong' or 'the great bambino'. Ben Smith, the U.S. National and Olympic Head Coach says she has an "indefinable knack for scoring goals." Sarah began her hockey career when she was 5 years old. When she was eight, she began playing with a local Boston boys team, tearing up her male competition. Sarah attended high school at Nobles in Boston, Massachusettes.
