Sarajevo-Construction.net is an organized website that works as a data base for construction projects currently undergoing in Sarajevo which is the capital of Bosnia and Hercegovina. The web site was created in 2007, it consists of daily updates on projects in the city, news articles, and daily picture updates on projects. The Sarajevo Construction update was found and established on Skyscrapercity.com but when major cities in the region started to switch to their own web sites, the Sarajevo team followed. This web site helps people all around the world interested in the construction projects going in Sarajevo to come together and share their ideas. Since something like this has never been done, this is truly the first and only construction update web site for any Bosnian city. While the Sarajevo-Construction.net team is trying to recruit more members from Sarajevo itself, there are members from all around the world. Such as the USA, Germany, Austria, Sweden and of course Bosnia. The web site currently has about 50 members, 1 webmaster, and 4 administrators. The website consists of a Forum, Interactive map which pin points projects on a map that are active in the city, an Info section and of course a Project section that displays different projects and their status. In the future the website plans to expand its online community, possibly adding more Bosnian cities to its data base.
