Scarborough Downs is a harness racing track located in Scarborough, Maine. Scarborough Downs is home of New England's fastest half-mile track and is Maine's largest race track. It's Grandstand building provides a country fair atmosphere, while the Club House building houses the 400-seat Downs Club Restaurant, as well as a Lower Club area where visitors can bet on races live or watch races from premier harness and thoroughbred tracks from across North America via simulcast. A lounge area is available in the Grandstand's Winner's Circle, and in both the Lower and Upper clubs of the Club House building. Scarborough Downs is a top entertainment destination in Southern Maine.
