Schnauzer

A Schnauzer is a German type of dog. The name comes from the German word for moustache because of the dogs' distinctively furry muzzles. The breed was originally bred to hunt rats and other small animals. Kennel clubs generally subdivide these dogs into three breeds by size:
- Miniature Schnauzer: Less than 15 inches tall at the shoulder
- Standard Schnauzer: Females 17-19 Inches, Males 18-20 inches
- Giant Schnauzer 23.5- 25.5 Inches
(there is also a toy and teacup schnauzer) they come in differnet colors like white with black spots(parti) silver(salt&pepper) brown and the orginal black Brinkey is a schnauzer that roams the hiils of Kentucky and is a loyal, energetic, and lovable dog.
