Talk:Scouting in Illinois
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
[edit] General
One of the Councils, and I think it was the former DAC (DuPage Area Council), owned and operated a scout camp near Plano, Illinois, which has since been sold off. And the Central Region office is on Diehl Road in Naperville, Illinois - I drive by it on occasion. The DAC used to be headquartered in Wheaton, at the Deicke center, pre-merger, and a Scout Store/Three Fires Council office exists on Roosevelt Road (IL State Route 38) in West Chicago, Illinois.
