User talk:Scott Albanese
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Hello! Scott Albanese is not the appropriate spot to post information about yourself, because that's the encyclopedic part of the Wikipedia website. [edit] Scott Albanese tagged for speedy deletion
I am trying to make a page that has pertinent information about me, Scott Albanese. I just want to have some background info here for when people are looking at the entery for "All That You Love Will Be Carried Away." I made a short film based off of this Stephen King short and want people to be able to know a little more about me. I sincerely hope this does not get deleted.
EDIT: So, I understand that the info I provided needs to be under the User section. I looked at the link code and it's the same as I used in the other article. Is there another way I am supposed to write it so it links to my User:Scott Albanese page? Please advise.

[edit] Scott Albanese
Scott Albanese has been proposed for deletion. An editor felt this person might not be notable enough for an article. Please review Wikipedia:Notability (people) for the relevant guidelines. If you can improve the article to address these concerns, please do so.
If no one objects to the deletion within five days by removing the "prod" template, the article may be deleted without further discussion. If you remove the prod template, the article will not be deleted, but if an editor is still not satisfied that it meets Wikipedia guidelines, it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. ---Ok, so what this tells me is that I cannot post about myself, correct? If someone who has seen my work wishes to create this page, then it won't be marked for "speedy deletion?" I ask because I have been contacted by several people asking me why I don't have a page up, yet James Renner does?! I told them I get shot down everytime I do it and to feel free to try themselves.
I'd also like to know if I will be able to edit my own page when someone puts up erroneous info? Thanks for your time in this small matter.
