Seaforth & Litherland railway station is a railway station in Seaforth, England on the Northern Line of the Merseyrail network. It also serves the adjacent area of Litherland.

Seaforth & Litherland opened in 1850 as an intermediate station on the extended Liverpool, Crosby and Southport Railway to Liverpool Exchange which had terminated at Waterloo previously. It became part of the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway in 1904, who took over from the LCSR. The Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway amalgamated with the London and North Western Railway on 1 January 1922 and in turn was Grouped into the London, Midland and Scottish Railway in 1923. Nationalisation followed in 1948 and in 1978 the station became part of the Merseyrail Network's Northern Line (operated by British Rail until privatised in 1995).

Trains run to either Southport or Liverpool Central and Hunts Cross at 15 minute frequencies Monday-Saturday daytime. During the evenings and on summer Sundays, trains run to Southport and Liverpool Central every 15 minutes, but every 30 minutes to Hunts Cross.
