Sean Douglas (born May 8, 1972) is a retired New Zealand soccer player, who is currently assistant coach of the New Zealand U-20's team.
As a player he spent most of his years in the Australian league, but returned to Auckland when Carlton S.C. collapsed in 2001. He was immediately handed the captain's armband at the Footbal Kingz.
Douglas also played for the All Whites, representing his country for over 20 times. he has briefly come out of retirement playing for auckland city fc for the remainder of the 2006-2007 [[New Zealand Football Championship)
