Dear Sirs,
I write to inquire about a certain company named Di Lorenzo (or De Lorenzo) who we gather had won a contract with the Mexican SPE and was subsequently "blacklisted".
The same company may have won a contract with Tesda of the Philippines (www.tesda.gov.ph) and may encounter the same fate at the SPE.
If true, kindly give more details/references. If not true, kindly say so, and we stand corrected.
