Seigo Kosaku

The Seigo Kosaku program of pacification was the Japanese security plan to maintain tpeace and order in occupied territories in Chinese Mainland during wartime.
Such policies were implemented also in Manchukuo and Menjiang, as well as by the Chinese Reformed Government and was put into practice in occupied territories in Szechwan province when the Chiang regime was defeated and a pro-Japanese native government was installed.
