Seiji Matsuyama

Seiji Matsuyama (松山せいじ Matsuyama Seiji, born April 28, 1975?) is a Japanese mangaka, and the creator of the fanservice-themed manga/anime Eiken. He has a variety of hobbies, including video games, and collecting figurines and toy models.
