Seventh Avenue, occasionally referred to as Seventh Avenue–Park Slope, is a station on the IND Culver Line of the New York City Subway. Located at Seventh Avenue and Ninth Street in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn, it is served at all times by the F train.
It is the main subway link for the neighborhood of Park Slope, although there the Grand Army Plaza (IRT Eastern Parkway Line) also serves the area.
This station has two island platforms and four tracks; only the outer two are normally in revenue service, however they are sometimes used when construction closes local tracks. They are also sometimes used when trains are delayed and multiple trains "stack up". In that case, the lead train will be sent on the express track to open space between trains and lessen some delays.
