Shane McGrath is a fictional character in the CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. He is played by actor Dax Griffin.

Shane appeared briefly in July 2006 (no character name was given at the time) and reappeared on September 12, 2006, having witnessed the accident in which Darla Forrester (Schae Harrison) was accidentally killed.
Taylor (Hunter Tylo), Hector (Lorenzo Lamas) and Stephanie (Susan Flannery) believed that Shane, who was previously a homeless man, returned to Los Angeles simply to blackmail Taylor, who was unintentionally responsible for Darla's death. However, when the truth came out, Shane testified in Taylor's favor.
Shane had begun a tentative relationship with Taylor's teenaged daughter, Phoebe (MacKenzie Mauzy). But more recently, Phoebe has become involved with Rick Forrester (Kyle Lowder), much to the chagrin of her father Ridge Forrester (Ronn Moss).
