Sheila Lukins

Sheila Lukins is an American cook and food writer. In 1977 she and Julee Rosso opened and ran a gourmet food shop in New York City called The Silver Palette. In the 1980s they wrote The Silver Palate Cookbook, The Silver Palette Good Times Cookbook, and others. A 25th Anniversary update of the Silver Palette Cookbook is forthcoming. [1]
She is a graduate of the Cordon Bleu school in London, England and is food editor for Parade magazine.
