Shezada Hyder Ali

Shezada Hyder Ali is the Grand Son of Hyder Ali and the eldest son of Abdul Kareem.
After the fall of Seringapatam, on 4th May 1799, all family members of Sultan were sent to Vellore fort and kept under custody of East India Company and from there, the grand son of Hyder Ali,and son of Abdul Kareem Shezada Hyder Ali Escaped from British captivity and joined the Marathas in 1801. Other family members of Tipu Sultan and his brother Abdul Kareem were shifted to Calcutta after mutiny (called Vellore Mutiny ) in the Vellore Fort on 10th July 1806 , most of the family members were buried at Mysore Family Cemetery, Kalighat Park-Calcutta.
Fateh Ahmed Sahib son of Shezada (prince) Hyder Ali and the Great Grand Son of Hyder Ali , born in Bijapur in 1816, died in 1869 in Mysore.
Raja Mohiddin Fateh Mohammed Sahib son of Fateh Ahmed Sahib(born at Mysore in the year 1849 & died in 1900 at Bellary) Migrated from Mysore to Bellary in 1890 along with his family. He was a Pahelwan ( Wrestler ) had a Akhada in Bellary.
Mohammed Lal Sahib was the son of Fateh Mohammed Sahib alias Raja Mohiddin born at Hagri in 1889, died in the year 1954 in vijayawada.
