Shindo-ryu (truth/reality way/style), also spelt sindo-ryu, is karate (empty hand) as founded by Stephen Grayston in 1984. The style is prominent with its use of cross-blocking and its attention to traditional Japanese and Okinawan customs and culture.
The headquarters of the style is in England.
