Shjon Podein

Shjon Podein (born March 5, 1968 in Rochester, Minnesota) is a former professional ice hockey player who played for the Edmonton Oilers, Philadelphia Flyers, Colorado Avalanche, St. Louis Blues and Vaxjo Lakers HC (Sweden) over the course of a 699-game NHL career. He won the Stanley Cup in 2001 with the Colorado Avalanche. He also won the King Clancy Memorial Trophy that season.
