Silviu Izvoranu (born December 3, 1982 in Galaţi) is a Romanian football player, who currently plays for FCU Politehnica Timişoara. He is a defensive midfielder but can also play on the left wing.
Izvoranu started his career at Dunărea Galaţi before moving to Oţelul, where he played for three years. His move to Timişoara in the winter of 2006 cost Poli 370.000 Euros.
Izvoranu is a former Romanian U21 international.
