Simple Studios

Simple Studios is a studio that features and uses all types of media, including audio,video, etc. Originally based in New York, the company has expanded significantly farther across the country, gathering a large fan base. Its expansion can be widely thanked to the use of computers, and popular sites such as MySpace[1] and YouTube[2].

The current audio the company is producing is from a band that includes many of the co-founders of Simple Studios. The audio group is trying to create music from every angle of music, with alternative, blues, etc. They use the insturments of saxophone, trombone, keyboard, drums, bass guitar, acoustic guitar, and of course electric guitar. Also, the computer is used in the final productions to create electronic sounds on some of the techno tracks. Simple Studios also uses the audio group to make music for their video part. This allows the music for the video to be timed exactly right, uses the lyrics that fit the situation, and have the music fit the mood of the scene. This gives Simple Studios a clear advantage over some other indie video groups.

Simple Studios also has a major video group. This was the original focus and reason for the creators of Simple Studios to come together and create the studio. Many of the movies produced by Simple Studios are comedy movies, and horror movies are not unusual either. The comedy movies most parody famous movies or tv shows, and have many allusions to books and shows. Horror movies are usually made in the woods around the studios' original base of operations, and feature many pop-up scenes. Many teasers have been added onto sites such as YouTube[3], but have been taken off in order not to release to much information about upcoming videos. Many videos are expected in the next couple of months, along with audio.

Another big part of Simple Studios is the animations online using Macromedia Flash MX 2004. The first and highly anticipated release of a flash is Stupid Man. It will be released on Newgrounds
