Siu Ye (Chinese: 宵夜) is the name associated with a late night meal in Hong Kong. This meal usually comes around 10 pm after dinner. It can range anywhere from a snack to a full fledge course. The term Siu means "overnight" and Yi means "night". For people working late night shifts, the name is also associated with their post-midnight meals.
