Hi Sjcarpediem,
A link is not an article, or even a stub. Most people looking at the article can mistake it as somebody trying to promote the software. What would be really helpful is reliable sources reviewing the software in question, to make it pass WP:SOFTWARE. It's probably better, if you don't have time to create the article, to make it in userspace at User:Sjcarepdiem/JWPce then move it into article space when you're done.
