The airline exclusively serves the Lynn Canal route of Skagway, Haines, and Juneau.
Skagway Air also offers scheduled of Glacier Bay National Park as a package and an aerial tour of the Chilkoot Trail and Pass, Lake Bennett, Yukon River, and Juneau Icefield.
The airline is also autherized to charter internationally into Canada[1].

Skagway Air was founded in 1964 and has only experienced two accidents in its 46 years in the air.
The first was a passenger flight from Haines to Juneau that crashed near Haines due to inclement weather. Two were killed and three injured in the crash.
The second crash occurred in 2002 when a pilot was en route from Haines to Skagway to pick up passengers crashed near Taiya Inlet killing himself[2].
