Sylvester "Snake" Marston is a fictional character in the Marvel Comics Universe whose first appearance was in Machine Man #16.

Sylvester Marston was born in Ontario, Canada. He was a member of the Satan Squad and the Enforcers. Snake has not been seen since, and was presumed dead, following his impersonation by the Eel as part of a plot involving Daredevil, Mister Hyde, and the Enforcers, but he has lately resurfaced as a member of the Government-sponsored Thunderbolts team.
