[edit] Casting
Jamie Lee Curtis was not envolved in this film for she is supposedly killed in a car accident after the events of Halloween II. Instead the story evolves around her young daughter Jamie Lloyd. Jamie's character was played by Danielle Harris who would go on to play this character in the fifth installment.
Donald Pleasence would return once more as Dr. Sam Loomis after attempting to kill himself and Michael in the second film. This would be his second from the last Halloween film to be featured in for he would die due to complications from heart valve replacement surgery on Feburary 2nd, 1995.
George P. Wilbur portrays Michael for the first time in this installment.
