The article fails to mention that the Ruddy color of cats are in actuality, a minority of the color of Somails. The majority of most Somali cats are Bleu in color. Also I have two somali cats and I can tell you that in actulaity they are one of the highest maitenance cats I have had as far as hair goes.
It's worth mentioning that UK colours are Usual, Sorrel, Fawn, Blue, Silver, Sorrel Silver. Secondly, Somalis are classed as semi-longhair by GCCF. Thirdly, I agree with the article about maintenance, having had five. Richard Pinch 21:48, 19 August 2006 (UTC)
