The image you uploaded has been removed from the article, and it will be deleted unless placed in the article in a manner that describes the character of Harry Potter, provided no other image already does so. - The one that's there is a DVD screenshot, and it will be removed when someone catches up to it. The basic gist of the new policy is that identifying images of living, public people can only be free and, even for those who aren't, a fair-use image can never replace a free one.
