Soul Solution
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Soul Solution is a house music remix team (Bobby Guy, a keyboardist and Ernie Lake, a drummer) who worked together between the 1990's years.
Between their inspiring remix of Toni Braxton's "Un-Break My Heart" to the unlikely dancification of Shania Twain's "You're Still the One", this New York based duo has turned many pop projects that may never have had club play into dancefloor monsters.
Besides refashioning pop tunes, Ernie and Bobby can also write songs, play instruments and produce entire records from scratch. They remixed artists such like Backstreet Boys, Tina Turner, Aaliyah, Celine Dion, Whitney Houston, etc.
In early 2000, Soul Solution did a very discret split. And never worked together anymore under the Soul Solution name. Ernie did some remixes on his own and still is envolved with dance music. One of their last remixes was Backstreet Boys's "Show Me The Meaning Of Being Lonely".
