South Fulton Parkway is a divided highway in south Fulton County, Georgia, United States. Its west end is at a bridge over the Chattahoochee River, west of which the road continues as Capps Ferry Road. At Roosevelt Highway (U.S. Route 29/State Route 14), it becomes a state maintained freeway - State Route 14 Spur. At the southwest interchange of Interstate 85 and Interstate 285, it becomes their collector/distributor roads. The C/D roads continue east through the State Route 279 interchange to end at the northeast split of I-85 and I-285.
Let it be noted that the Georgia Department of Transportation has filled in the gap of South Fulton Parkway between Cochran Mill and Rivertown Roads. Since the 2006 completion of the route, two counties (Douglas and Carroll) and local groups in South Fulton are pushing the state takeover of the route west of 14 Spur. The route was built by the county, but is fully to state highway standards and provides a fast route from Atlanta to southern Douglas County and Carrollton beyond via S.R. 166.
