South Kent College[1] (SKC) is a lively college of Further and Higher Education, offering a wide range of academic, vocational and occupational qualifications and courses to over 14,000 young people, adults and employers each year, at all levels right through to postgraduate.
The College is going from strength to strength with a reputable outreach and special needs provision, close collaboration with High Schools in East Kent and accreditation as a Centre of Vocational Excellence for Construction and for Health and Care.

South Kent College Principal, Dr Tom Johnson, recently resigned after the staff implemented a vote of 'No Confidence' in him due to very poor performance in the post. The college has appointed Penny Wycherley as it's Acting Principal, and she is proving a much more effective leader in every way.
