Southern Sting

The Southern Sting is a netball team based in Invercargill, New Zealand that competes in The National Bank Cup competition.
The Ascot Park Hotel sponsored Southern Sting team is aiming to have it's name inscribed on the National Bank Cup once again as they compete to win the cup for the 7th time. The Sting is the only team to compete in all 9 of the finals of this competition. Sting has brought to Southland – a sense of pride, of belonging, of success and come what may, the southern public will support its team.
