[edit] Cannabis Usage
The town is also renowned for its above average cannabis comsumption, which in recent decades has increased to one of the highest in the country. The rising percentage of youth in the area has helped aid in the development of this "cannabis culture".
I can't find any evidence for this on Google. I'm removing this statment from the article until somebody can back it up with a suitable citation.
