The selected Malaysian cosmonaut will be launched on Soyuz TMA-11 and will come back with Soyuz TMA-10.

[edit] Spacefacts.de Images

Just a quick question regarding images from spacefacts.de; surely whether or not they allow the use of their images is irrelevant for us, as the images we use are originally sourced from NASA, so Spacefacts.de has absolutely no rights at all regarding what we do with the images, eg mission patches, etc.? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Colds7ream (talk • contribs) 13:18, 30 March 2007 (UTC).

NASA mission patches yes, but not Russian patches. You won't believe this, but Russian patches are not made by NASA !Hektor 19:14, 30 March 2007 (UTC)

I don't know what is the contractual relationship between Roskosmos and Spacefacts.de, but for wikipedia, that does not change anything : these images, not being NASA, cannot be used. Hektor 21:04, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
- Wouldn't it constitute fair use? Obviously we can't say that it is a NASA image, but in the absence of an alternative patch, I would say that it would meet Fair use criteria if properly credited. --GW_Simulations_{User Page | Talk} 21:13, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
