Sparkler (comics)

Sparkler is a fictional character of the DC Universe, and was a young Hispanic-American child who idolized Major Victory (William Vickers). From the way he was portrayed in the comics, Sparkler could be estimated at being around age 14. His powers consisting of flight and the ability to project light as beams or even fireworks. Sparkler would emit a trail of pyrotechnic light in his flightpath while in the air.
Sparkler died in the Force of July's confrontation against the Suicide Squad during the events of the Janus Directive. While pursuing Dr. Light, Sparkler's young age and child appearance triggered Dr. Light's traumatic experiences against the Teen Titans from the past, causing him to unleash a devastating attack on Sparkler, killing him instantly.
Dr.Light later felt remorse for what he did. However,he may have changed his mind after regaining his memory of his assault on Sue Dibny and the Justice League's subsequent mind tampering.
