Speaker of the Philippine House of Representatives

The Speaker of the Philippine House of Representatives is the presiding officer of the lower house of Congress, the House of Representatives.
The current Speaker is Jose de Venecia, a representative from Pangasinan.
In the line of succession for the presidency, the Speaker is third in the line, after the Vice President of the Philippines and the President of the Senate of the Philippines.
