Spring Garden is a census-designated place (CDP) in Plumas County, California, United States. The population was 55 at the 2000 census.

As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there were 55 people, 23 households, and 14 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 33.2/km² (85.3/mi²). There were 26 housing units at an average density of 15.7/km² (40.3/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 100.00% White. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.64% of the population.
There were 23 households out of which 17.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 47.8% were married couples living together, 8.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 39.1% were non-families. 34.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 13.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.39 and the average family size was 2.93.
In the CDP the population was spread out with 23.6% under the age of 18, 3.6% from 18 to 24, 18.2% from 25 to 44, 43.6% from 45 to 64, and 10.9% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 46 years. For every 100 females there were 96.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 133.3 males.
The median income for a household in the CDP was $30,179, and the median income for a family was $30,179. Males had a median income of $0 versus $21,250 for females. The per capita income for the CDP was $12,062. None of the population and none of the families were below the poverty line.
